Who we are

Pactura.ai is a product of Aurum Equity LLC, a company based in the United States. In this policy, "we," "us," and "our" mean Aurum Equity LLC. This policy explains what information we collect through the website at www.pactura.ai, how we use it, and the choices you have.

This policy covers this website only.

Information you provide

When you request a demo, you complete a form provided by Tally, a third-party form service. The form asks for details such as your name, organization, email address, phone number, location, organization size and type, and a description of what you are looking for. The exact questions may change over time.

If you email or call us, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, contact details, and the content of your message.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the site, some information is collected automatically by the services that deliver it.

Hosting. The site is hosted on GitHub Pages. Like most web hosts, GitHub may record technical information such as your IP address and the pages requested, for security and to operate the service.
Fonts. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser sends a request, including your IP address, to Google when a page loads.
Google Tag Manager. We use Google Tag Manager to load and manage measurement tools. It loads on every page and follows the cookie choices described below.
Google Analytics. If you allow analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 collects information about how you use the site, such as pages viewed, how you arrived, device and browser type, approximate location derived from your IP address, and actions such as submitting the demo request form. If you do not allow analytics cookies, Google Analytics does not set cookies, although Google may still receive limited, cookieless signals from the page.
Tally. To open the demo request form quickly, the site loads Tally's form script, which means Tally receives requests from your browser, including your IP address, even if you do not open the form.

Advertising measurement

We may use Google Ads in the future to measure how our advertising performs, for example whether an ad led to a demo request. If we do, advertising cookies are used only if you allow advertising measurement in your cookie settings. We do not currently run personalized advertising on this site.

Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Similar technologies include local storage in your browser.

Your cookie choice. We store your cookie preference in your browser's local storage so we do not ask on every page. This is necessary to respect your choice.
Analytics cookies. Set by Google Analytics, typically named _ga and _ga_ followed by an identifier, only if you allow analytics.
Advertising cookies. Set by Google Ads, such as _gcl_au, only if we use Google Ads and you allow advertising measurement.
Tally. The demo request form runs on Tally's service and may use its own cookies or similar technologies to operate the form.

Information is shared with the service providers that help us run the site and respond to you. These are Google (Tag Manager, Analytics, Fonts, and Ads if used), Tally (demo request forms), GitHub (website hosting), and the provider that hosts our email. These companies handle information under their own terms and privacy policies.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets.

How long we keep information

We keep demo request and inquiry information for as long as we need it to respond to you and manage our business relationship, and longer if required for legal, accounting, or security reasons. Google Analytics data is kept according to the retention setting in our Google Analytics account. Information held by service providers is also subject to their retention practices.

Your choices

Cookie settings. You can accept or reject optional cookies when you first visit, and change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.
Browser controls. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies and site data. Blocking cookies does not stop the site from working.
Google Analytics opt-out. Google offers a browser add-on that prevents Google Analytics from collecting data. It is available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Your information. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete information you have submitted to us by contacting us below. We will respond as required by applicable law.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect the information we receive. No website or online service is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee the security of information sent to us.

Children

This site is intended for businesses and professionals. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
