Workflow intelligence, explained
Most organizations already have systems that store information and tools that move it from one step to the next. What is often missing is the judgment in between. Someone still has to read each incoming item, work out what it is, decide what should happen, and hand it off in a usable form.
Workflow intelligence is that layer. Pactura models it in six steps. Receive, understand, decide, transform, route, and audit. Each step is designed to be visible and reviewable, so automation speeds the work up without hiding how decisions were made.
Responsible AI is easier to claim than to build. These are the working principles behind Pactura.
People decide. Pactura prepares information and findings. People own the decisions, especially ones with external or regulatory consequences.
Answers show their sources. Document chat responses cite the passages they draw from.
Activity is recorded. Uploads, analyses, and questions are written to audit logs.
Claims stay honest. We describe a capability as available only when it is.

Document intelligence for compliance teams
Compliance review is where Pactura works today. Teams upload a document, run a gap check against SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR, CMMC, or FINRA criteria, and receive structured findings. Each finding lists the requirement, whether it is met, partially met, or missing, the supporting evidence, and a recommendation.
Anomaly detection flags unusual or conflicting language. Version comparison shows what changed between revisions. Findings can become remediation tasks, and results can be exported as an evidence package. These tools are designed to support qualified review, not replace it.
Agencies receive correspondence, public comments, procurement questions, and administrative requests in volumes that outpace manual sorting. Every item still needs to be handled accurately, on time, and on the record.
Pactura is designed to structure that intake, apply consistent rules, and keep people in control of the response. Much of this is a workflow pattern today rather than a live feature, and we are glad to walk through what is available now and what is in design.
